Optimal serving temperature of 10ºC; an ice bucket is advised in summer to keep a drinking temperature of 12-14ºC. The Bordeaux white wine glass is a fine choice for tasting, even for a wine-tasting official event.
The wine should be stored between 12-15ºC, in a dark space, free from smells, avoiding excessive dryness or humidity (around 70%). The bottles can be kept in standing position but not for more that 2 years, in that case they should be stored horizontally.
Matching: Fish, raw and boiled seafood, rice, white meats and red (with Carballal Cepas Vellas), cheese, foie gras… also as aperitif.
